IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Compliance Arrangements
We are finding some of the software-based conference solutions to be inappropriate for competency-based training and have now decided to resume face to face delivery.
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment have advised that classes should continue as usual, unless the Department of Health or Chief Medical Officer advises otherwise.
To prevent the risk of infection of the Coronavirus (COVID - 19) - Industry Training Consultants have reacted to the practise of social distancing, by making adjustments to the classroom to create more space between people and their desks.
Industry Training Consultants will work with the venue conference centres to increase the cleaning of the classroom, toilets, common areas, door handles and equipment.
We advise that any student who is unwell, or who is required to self-isolate should not attend these courses.
Any course you choose to undertake, should be online or by correspondence.
All individuals who hold a class 1 property agent's licence, class 2 property agent's licence or a certificate of registration, as a class 3 assistant agent must complete the CPD specified for their licence or certificate category each year.
Failure to comply with your CPD requirements may result in the suspension or cancellation of your licence or certificate.
The CPD year for all licence and certificate holders starts on 23 March each year and ends on 22 March the following year. The first CPD year will run from 23 March 2020 to 22 March 2021.
Your CPD activities will depend on the level and type of licence you hold.
