If you work as a property agent, you can purchase single units for accreditation purposes, or to improve your level of competence in selling, marketing, leasing and managing real estate.
The single units form part of the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Qualification.
Once you have completed the enrolment form a trainer will contact you to discuss your details and provide a list of the single units to choose from.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER
Licence or certificate of registration holders who have:
applied and received a licence or certificate of registration or,
restored or reactivated a licence or certificate of registration that has been expired since the commencement of the allocated CPD period,
are not required to undertake CPD if that licence or certificate of registration commenced less than 90 days or within 3 months of the expiry of the allocated CPD period (ie 22 December to 22 March).
This exemption is applied automatically, holders are not required to apply for the exemption.
Note: This exemption does not apply to a licence or certificate of registration that is recommenced following a period of suspension or cancellation where a condition has been applied under the Act requiring the holder to complete specified CPD.
A certificate of registration commences within 9 months of the expiry of the CPD period;
are still required to complete a minimum of one unit of competency from that year, from a valid Certificate IV qualification that is required for the issue of a Class 2 Agent licence.
A licence commences within 9 months of the expiry of the CPD period;
are still required to complete both the compulsory topics and elective topics for the current CPD period.
