Overall the course was excellent. ITC were extremely helpful when I called to ask questions and I was answered straight away. Things were made
clear to me without having to spend hours on one particular question. The advantages of the course being by correspondence, meant that I could
get stuck into it when I had the time, which is always a huge issue for anyone who works full time. I could go at my own pace and there was not
the problem of a tutor not being able to move forward with the studies because other students needed to catch up.
ITC were very helpful every step of the way with my training and I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to anyone
seeking to complete qualifications via correspondence or short courses.

Completing the course by correspondence was alot easier than having to go to TAFE. Some of it was hard as I did not have alot of experience with
sales, but the information provided was very helpful.

complete each module. My trainer was very quick to mark assignments which was greatly appreciated, and he was also very quick to contact me if
