Overall the course was excellent. ITC were extremely helpful when I called to ask questions and I was answered straight away. Things were made clear to me without having to spend hours on one particular question. The advantages of the course being by correspondence, meant that I could get stuck into it when I had the time, which is always a huge issue for anyone who works full time. I could go at my own pace and there was not the problem of a tutor not being able to move forward with the studies because other students needed to catch up. ITC were very helpful every step of the way with my training and I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to anyone seeking to complete qualifications via correspondence or short courses.
