CPP30211 Certificate III in Property Services (Agency)

Start your Real Estate training with the Nationally Accredited Certificate III Property (Real Estate) for your entry into the Property Industry.

This course is based on the nationally endorsed CPP07 Property Services Training Package Units of Competence for the Real Estate industry sector. In this course you will acquire the skills needed to provide support to the functional areas within either a Real Estate/Property agency. These generic skills will be applicable in the areas of property management, sales and agency administration across the broad range of property sectors - Residential, Commercial and Industrial.

Successful completion of four particular units of the course will enable you to satisfy the educational requirements to apply for a Certificate of Registration issued by the NSW Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to work in the industry.

To achieve recognition at the Certificate III level, the candidate must demonstrate competency in the five core units, plus nine electives chosen from the agency administration units and/or the property sales and management units (total 14 units).

There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course however; Industry Training Consultants have provisions in place in accordance with The Standards for Registered Training Organisations for assessing Language, Literacy and Numeracy competence. Once an application has been assessed, a decision is made as to whether you need to undertake Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.

You are emailed all resource and assessment material using an online software program. It is at your discretion as to whether the work is completed on computer or printed off and completed by hand.

Once a module has been completed and all learning outcomes have been met, you are required to fill out a checklist to ensure all paperwork is correctly submitted to Industry Training Consultants by email or post.

We recommend to send modules as they are completed to Industry Training Consultants. This will ensure all the requirements are being successfully met and provide time for valuable feedback.
