George Rousos Director & Training Manager

George has a simple philosophy in life: Choose your attitude! Anyone who has ever dealt or liaised with George whether in person or over the phone instantly recognise that warm glow and ever present smile George brings to any professional or social situation. George is the founder and Director of Industry Training Consultants and believes the only way we develop ourselves is through adopting a positive attitude towards continuous learning. George always encourages, that by learning something new everyday in our life allows for continuous improvement and far greater success.

George has 10 years of private education experience working in such positions as; McDonalds Head Office Australia Field Trainer for New South Wales and MWT Australia Training Manager. George is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, having a minimum 6 years work experience in the property agency sector. George is an avid industry observer, who draws upon his years of experience in course development and is often seen working closely with both consumers and property agents to improve knowledge, skills and practice in identified areas of marketplace concern.

George holds a (TAE40110) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Management, a Certificate IV in Property Real Estate and also completed the Work cover NSW Occupational Health & Safety Consultation course.

Chris Rousos Facilitator

Chris engages students in CPD Workshops with enthusiasm and personality. Complimented with vocational and educational experience (Advanced Certificate in Real Estate) Chris is one of the most professional and enthusiastic workplace assessor and trainers you are ever likely to encounter.

Chris holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training offering students contemporary learning methods and support strategies. Chris is approachable, emphatic and there to coach agents through the Continuing Professional Development process using interactive and participative teaching methods without relying on boring traditional lecturing methods. Chris will update agents on their legislative responsibilities as stipulated in the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act 2002 and Regulations 2003, as well as reinforce their vocational knowledge.

Chris has been an integral part of the R&D process helping develop a compliance management folder for offices in NSW , his teaching method is not to read verbatim, but to extenuate his knowledge of the PSBA Act 2002 & Regs 2003 effectively making him a living model of the property industry.

Elia is often the first point of contact for Industry Training Consultants. Sharing the same passion for quality training as George and Chris – Elia believes that life is one continual learning experience and strives to provide exceptional service.
