Looking to enhance your qualifications and knowledge within your current role as a Certificate of Registration holder? Looking to progress to the qualification and title of Licensee of a residential premises.

This course is from the Property Development sector covering the real estate industry sector.

You will acquire the skills needed to giving possession of residential premises under a lease, licence or other contract or arrangement, or collecting bonds, deposits, rents, fees or other charges in connection with any such lease, licence or other contract or arrangement. ( Section 3 of the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002).

This course encompasses the following and you will be issued upon successful completion of the course a Statement of Attainment demonstrating achievement in all of the units of competency listed below.

From CPP30416 Certificate III in Strata Community Management, the following compulsory unit:

CPPDSM3019 Communicate with clients in the property industry

From CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), the following nine core units:

CPPDSM4080A Work in the real estate industry.
CPPDSM4005A Establish and build client - agency relationships
CPPDSM4006A Establish and manage agency trust accounts
CPPDSM4007A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
CPPDSM4010A Lease property
CPPDSM4015B Minimise agency and consumer risk
CPPDSM4016A Monitor and manage lease or tenancy agreement
BSBRKG304  Maintain business records
BSBLED401 Develop teams and individuals.

Industry Training Consultants have provisions in place in accordance with The Standards for Registered Training Organisations for assessing Language, Literacy and Numeracy competence. Once an application has been assessed, a decision is made as to whether you need to undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.

You are emailed all resource and assessment material using an online software program. It is at your discretion as to whether the work is completed on computer or printed off and completed by hand.

Once a module has been completed and all learning outcomes have been met, you are required to fill out a check list to ensure all paper work is correctly submitted to Industry Training Consultants by email or post.

You are recommended to send modules as they are completed to Industry Training Consultants. This will ensure all the requirements are successfully met and provide time for valuable feedback.
